CDC update on E. coli outbreak

The California and Arizona leafy greens communities are incredibly saddened by the most recent information from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control that more illnesses have been added to this outbreak and that one person has tragically died.


We have reached out to public health agencies offering our assistance in providing information that could help us all understand how romaine lettuce from the Yuma, AZ region could be the source this outbreak.


We want to reiterate that romaine harvesting has ceased in Arizona.
