Meet Dr. Barry Eisenberg, Arizona Leafy Greens Technical Food Safety Consultant!

Dr. Eisenberg has been engaged as a resource to assist Arizona Leafy Greens members with the audit process by working with growers one-on-one. He has an extensive background in food safety, most recently overseeing food safety services for the United Fresh Produce Association. During his career Dr. Eisenberg has worked directly with the FDA, USDA and state agencies to address industry food safety issues, and developed and coordinated company-specific quality assurance programs.
