Working with Produce Buyers on Food Safety

Last week we were pleased to co-host an educational tour with California LGMA based out of Yuma, Arizona. The tour was designed for those who work in food safety at grocery stores, restaurants and distributors. We looked at water treatment, harvest operations, equipment design and much, much more. We all learned from each other and we look forward to keeping the dialogue going!
